Using the Refundable Bookings feature on your website

Have you ever had to cancel a booking for unforeseen circumstances and take the loss of any payments already made? With Webready, we have included a Refundable Bookings feature for your website which allows guest to make their booking 100% refundable for numerous scenarios.

This feature is enabled by default, but can be disabled for paid plans. This article will show you how to disable the Refundable Bookings feature and show you how it is displayed on your website.


To enable or disable Refundable Bookings

  1. Go to "My Websites", locate the website that you will like to update and click "Select & Edit Website".
  2. Click on the Settings tab.
  3. Select the Bookings tab.
  4. Here, you can select or de-select to enable or disable the Refundable Bookings feature.
    Note: Refundable Bookings cannot be disabled for Free plans.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Re-publish the website.
    That's all there is to it!

When you have Refundable Bookings enabled on your website, your website viewers will see the following before completing their booking.
