  • What is Webready?

    Webready allows you to create your own high-quality website exactly the way you want, whether it’s your first time creating a site or you’re a long time pro. Webready is packed with great features that can turn your short-term rental website into your primary channel.

  • What are the main benefits of Webready?

    With Webready, you can take advantage of direct bookings and avoid fees and limitations associated with booking channels. You’ll be able to sync your availability with Tokeet/Sympl or use it as a stand-alone application and sync your Airbnb account.

    Webready also allows you to create and manage your rates. Another great advantage of Webready is the ability to upsell services & products to your guests, increasing your earnings. With the various add-on applications available from the Tokeet App Store, you’ll be able to extend your functionality and features.

  • What is the difference between Webready and Tokeet Websites?

    Webready has a wider variety of templates to choose from and upgraded features to existing processes such as SSL requests and booking engines.
    It is fully responsive so it displays beautifully on all devices and you’re able to customize your layouts and much more. The Webready Editor also lets you preview your changes as you make them.

  • Can I use my own domain?

Yes, you can add your custom domain to your Webready website. You simply need to follow the instructions in this article.


  • What channels does Webready connect to?

    You can connect directly to Airbnb using the Airbnb Connector app. However, a Tokeet or Sympl subscription allows you to sync Webready to all of the calendars for your connected channels.

  • If I am an existing Tokeet User or Sympl user, do I need a separate log in for Webready?

    No, you will use the same email and password for Webready.

  • Will Webready be synced with my Tokeet or Sympl account?

    Your Webready account will be linked to your Tokeet/Sympl account. However, any rental changes will need to be synced - this can be done manually or set up to sync automatically within Webready.

  • Will Webready work in my part of the world?

    Webready can be used from any country around the world.  Likewise, our Customer Support team is located in the US and around the world.
    Today, our system works in English only, but we are working on releasing support for multiple languages in the coming weeks.

  • How will I be charged for Webready?

    Webready charges a monthly subscription fee based on your website type (single-rental or multi-rental) and the number of published websites you have in your account. There is however a FREE Webready plan available. For more information on pricing, visit our pricing page here.

  • Are there other charges?

    While the majority of websites will fall within the limits of the subscribed plans, those exceeding the included amount of Storage and Bandwidth may have to upgrade or pay for excess usage.
    Add-on applications to extend your functionality are also available to be purchased from the Tokeet App Store which will also be billed monthly.

  • Does every Add-On Application have the same pricing?

    No, the price formula is different for the various applications, some applications are a flat fee and some are charged based on the number of rentals etc. For further details, please go to the Tokeet App Store Detail View for the application.

  • If I subscribe to an application, will that be visible in my account immediately?

    Yes, it will be visible in your account right after you refresh the page.

  • Once I unsubscribe from an application, will that application disappear from my account instantly?

    No, It will be available to you until your next billing date.
